BornFit Returns and Exchanges

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

Happy! Thrilled! Ecstatic...these are the words we want to hear from all BornFit customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund, not including shipping charges. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. BornFit guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.

To return or exchange an item, please download, print and complete the BornFit Returns/Exchanges Form. Please make sure to include the completed form with your return or exchange. Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase.

If you want an exchange, BornFit will issue a credit to your credit card for the returned item(s). We will recharge your credit card when the new item(s) ship. BornFit will not charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing exchanges or refunds.
